Twilight star Robert Pattinson has stated that he is "kind of bored" of the media interest in his relationship troubles with Kristen Stewart.
The actor has apparently reunited with his Breaking Dawn - Part 2 colleague after she admitted to cheating with married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.
Speaking on Lorraine this morning (November 15), Pattinson bemoaned how speculation about his personal life "distracts" him from film work.
"I'm kind of bored of everything," he told Lorainne Kelly. "I mean it's just, the publicity aspect of doing movies, I've never been comfortable about it.
"It distracts you from what you're trying to do as an actor."
Pitt takes on
the role of Gerry Lanes, a United Nations worker who is confronted with waves of
the undead following a worldwide zombie pandemic.
The supporting cast
includes The Killing's Mireille Enos, James Badge Dale and
Lost star Matthew Fox. Quantum of Solace director Marc Forster
is behind the camera for Paramount's big-budget adaptation.
Shah Rukh Khan has said
he hated being called the 'King of Romance'.
While the actor began his
career playing the anti-hero in films such as Baazigar and
Darr, he later became synonymous with the romantic characters he
portrayed in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and Kuch Kuch Hota
Hai.
According to PTI, the Jab Tak Hai Jaan star
said: "I can proclaim that girls love me in romantic roles. With all due
respect, I would rather be called a 'King' than the 'King of Romance'. I am an
actor. I have done 75 films and have spent 21 years in the industry and would like to believe that I have done it
differently.
"I had hated to be [called] just the 'King of Romance'. I
enjoyed doing Don. I was completely in love with how I approached my
role in My Name Is Khan. I would like to be remembered as an actor who
is trying hard in a commercial set-up."
He continued: "I don't think I
have any image of being a romantic actor. When you say that I have done romance
earlier, I have to make sure that I have to do every role differently, which
becomes a little tough. I don't think I have done any romantic characters that
are similar.
The 47-year-old actor stars as a bomb disposal expert in Yash Chopra's final directorial venture Jab Tak Hai Jaan. The actor, who
played a soldier in the TV series Fauji, said he always aspired to a
career in the armed forces.
"All kids aspire to become something when
they are young and I genuinely wanted to be an army officer," he explained. "I
was very young when I was doing Fauji. When I donned the uniform in Ladakh for
the first time, the real army men told me that I looked really good in the
uniform and it felt good. You feel very proud to play a role that represents the
most important section of the country."

Karen Gillan has revealed that she wants to star in the theatre following her exit from Doctor Who next year.
Doctor Who exec Steven Moffat announced this week that Gillan and her co-star Arthur Darvill will leave the sci-fi programme at some point during the seventh series.
Gillan expressed a desire to do more stage work once she leaves the role of Amy Pond behind for good.
"I want to do more theatre. I want to do more stage. I have a real passion for it," the actress told The Los Angeles Times. "I want to do it as much as screen stuff, in all honesty, so that would be really amazing."
She further explained: "Maybe something on Broadway. I'd love to do that. Not a musical, maybe like a play on Broadway.
"I genuinely just want to do good work. I'm interested in character, whether that's in a play or a film or an indie film."
Gillan also revealed that she was thrilled to play model Jean Shrimpton in the television movie We'll Take Manhattan, which airs in the UK on BBC Four in January.
"I really didn't think that would happen. When I got offered that, I was like, 'Really?'" the star admitted. "She's actually watched it, and she loved it. That's all I wanted from that role. That's enough for me, that she was happy with what [we] did with it."

"I like talking about these movies. When you're actually talking about the movies, I have a really good time with it," Stewart explained to MTV News.
"You don't always get times that you have to articulate this stuff, so it's actually good to think about."
Asked if she would be glad to distance herself from the Twilight frenzy once the final film is released, Stewart answered: "Sure, but at the same time, these things are so rare and sporadically intense that part of it is easy to [do].
"I have to force myself to enjoy it - not force myself because it's hard, but acknowledge that I am enjoying [the moment] rather than going, 'God, this is so crazy'."
Stewart recently confessed that it feels "weird" to know that she will never film another Twilight film.
The actress has said that she only recently became comfortable with doing interviews with the press.

Warner Bros has released a special trailer as part of its submission of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 for next year's Academy Awards.
The studio is promoting the movie on a special 'For Your Consideration' minisite in the hope that the Academy will recognise the film in several categories for the 2012 ceremony, including 'Best Picture'.
As the eighth instalment in the long-running fantasy franchise, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 served as an epic conclusion to the ten-year-long saga adapted from JK Rowling's popular children's series.
The Academy announced several rule changes in June, which means that it can now nominate anywhere between five and ten entries in the 'Best Picture' category, as opposed to the set number of ten entries nominated in past years.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 is due to be released on DVD and Blu-ray on November 11 in the US and on December 2 in the UK.
The final Harry Potter film recently became the fastest-selling DVD and Blu-ray of all time on Amazon.co.uk.
Rowan Atkinson has ruled out a return for his comic alter ego Mr Bean.
The Johnny English: Reborn actor believes that his take on the popular character, who he once described as "a child in a grown man's character", would not be convincing anymore.
"I've always regarded Mr Bean as an ageless, timeless figure," he told Radio 1's Newsbeat, echoing previous comments he made about the comic creation.
"I don't want him to particularly grow old, and if I carry on playing him then he's going to get older, whether we like it or not. I would like to remember Mr Bean how he was five or ten years ago."
The 56-year-old revealed last week that he is open to the possibility of reviving Blackadder.
Atkinson played Mr Bean in a series of one-off stories between 1990 and 1995 on ITV. Released in 2007, the film Mr Bean's Holiday was the franchise's last outing.

Joss Whedon has said that the cast of The Avengers get along too well.
The director revealed that he was hoping the actors might experience some real-life tension that would help drive the on-screen conflict.
"I was like, well, if they hate each other, I guess we can use that," Whedon told Entertainment Weekly. "But they don't."
The Buffy the Vampire Slayer creator went on to reveal that the cast and crew of the movie spend much of their time on the Albuquerque set going to dance clubs.
Whedon went on to admit that he is re-writing portions of the ensemble film as he shoots it.
"There is a weird element of - they handed me one of the biggest movies of all time, and I'm making it up as I go," Whedon confessed.
Avengers star Chris Evans recently revealed that Whedon chose his look for the ensemble film, saying that the director had a certain vision for Evans's Captain America.
Evans previously described the movie as well-balanced, claiming that Whedon has brought "substance" to the Marvel Studios film.
The Avengers opens in theatres on May 4, 2012.

The new trailer for Brad Pitt's baseball drama Moneyball has debuted.
Directed by Capote's Bennett Miller, the film sees Pitt play Billy Beane, the Oakland Athletics general manager who built a successful baseball team on a shoestring with the help of statistician Paul DePodesta (Jonah Hill).
Moneyball co-stars Robin Wright, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Chris Pratt and Kathryn Morris.
Pitt recently revealed that he was "obsessed" with making Moneyball, adding: "I saw it as a story about justice. How is a team with a $40 million payroll going to compete with a team with a $140 million payroll and another $100 million in reserves? Any talent they grow is going to get poached by the rich teams. That became really interesting to me."
Oscar-winning screenwriters Steven Zallian (Schindler's List) and Aaron Sorkin (The Social Network) penned the movie, which opens in the US on September 23 and November 25 in the UK.
An Edinburgh Fringe award given to an outstanding play carrying a human rights message has joint winners for the first time.
The Amnesty International Freedom of Expression Award was given to Sold, directed by Catherine Alexander and The Wheel, directed by Vicky Featherstone.
The judges of the award, which has been running for 10 years, considered a record 92 entries.
Losing finalist Mark Thomas was the first comedian ever to be shortlisted.
Neil Cooper, one of the judging panel, said all the works were nominated "not because they were saying something that mattered but because they were producing a work of art about something that mattered".
The judges described The Wheel as "a complex and epic story of how children can be corrupted by the ravages of war".
Accepting the award, the play's writer Zinnie Harris said: "As a playwright I am interested in how we in the West reconcile our comfy lives when it is so grim for so many people around the world."
Amnesty International Scotland director John Watson said the Edinburgh Fringe was a "riotous celebration of freedom of expression".
The latest classic horror film to be given a remake is Fright Night. An all-star cast including Colin Farrell, Imogen Poots, Tony Collette and Anton Yelchin do the honours in the update of the 1985 original.The film is out in the US today and is released in UK cinemas in 3D on September 2.

Breaking Dawn - divided into two parts - promises births, marriages and deaths as the curtain draws on Stephenie Meyer's romantic saga. Breaking Dawn - Part 1 opens November 18 this year, while Breaking Dawn - Part 2 follows on November 16, 2012.
