'Hitman: Absolution' 16-minute gameplay video released - watch

Hitman: Absolution has been given an extensive gameplay video.

Teased yesterday by Square Enix, the 16-minute video sees Agent 47 infiltrate an abandoned Chicago library as he is hunted by police.

Created using direct gameplay footage, it shows how players will navigate around patrols, silently take down enemies and disguise themselves with costumes.
Hitman: Absolution will offer a number of new gameplay features, including improved enemy intelligence and a new 'Instinct' mode that will help players blend into certain roles.
IO Interactive told Digital Spy that Hitman: Absolution will be a "more personal story" than previous games.
Hitman: Absolution will be available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC next year.
